Animal Related Fees
Registration for non-surgically sterilized animals with animal control – $3.00
Registration for surgically sterilized animals with animal control – $1.00
Duplicate registration for lost or destroyed certificate – $1.00

Fees for each impoundment within a twelve-month period:
- Class A-1: Surgically Sterilized Dogs & Cats

- 2nd – $30.00

- 4th – $50.00

3. Class B: Small Livestock

4. Class C: Large Livestock

5. Class D-1: Wild Animal Unconfined

DAILY HANDLING FEES
Charged for every day or fraction of a day and is based on animal class.
- Class A – $5.00
- Class B – $5.00
- Class C – $5.00
- Class D – $5.00
QUARANTINE FEE
Rate charged by the quarantine facility.

Building Permit Fee – $25.00
Plumbing CSI Fee – $75.00
Business Solicitation Related Fees
Business Solicitation Permit Fees – $25.00 per person

Utility Late Fees
Late Fee – Payments received after the 15th of the month – $15.00
Reconnect Fee – Customers on Cutoff List – $30.00 (first offense)
Reconnect Fee – Customers on Cutoff List – $50.00 (second consecutive offense)
Reconnect Fee – Customers on Cutoff List – $75.00 (third consecutive offense per month until not late for 6 months)
Zoning Code Related Fees
Change request to the zoning code filing fee – $50.00
