Our Community
The City of White Deer takes pride in its community and its citizens. We have a small town atmosphere and strive to make our community a safe and enjoyable place to live and do business. Located in Carson County between Panhandle and Pampa Texas, residents enjoy low city and county taxes. We have an award winning school district, public library, many chapters of service organizations and clubs as well as churches.
